Google Nigeria has partnered with Flutterwave (Nigerian Payments company) to bring business clinics to Small and Medium Scale Enterprises in the country. The training called the ‘Digital Business Compass’ will focus on helping entrepreneurs get a better hold of the tools, technologies and insights that they need to use the web to grow their businesses.
With more and more of business operations being digitalized daily and more items being sold on the web, understanding more of how tech and digital tools can be used in a fashion business is quite valuable.
How to register for the event
The first series of the business clinics will hold from the third of March to the 5th of March, however, people that want to attend the business training can register for any of the days.
“We have always been passionate about inspiring a new wave of prosperity across Africa. In partnership with Google, we are looking forward to empowering SMEs across Africa to scale and drive up revenue,” says co-founder and CEO of Flutterwave, Olugbenga Agboola.
To register for the business clinic that will happen on the 4th of March, you can follow this link here, while those that want to register for the business clinic that will take place on the 5th of March can register here.
Both events start at 9AM and will take place in Ikoyi in Lagos, directions on Google Maps can be found here.
What you should know
While the trainings are free, it focuses on Google and Flutterwave products that can essentially help businesses grow in the digital age today. That implies that it will be an introduction to tools and services that fashion businesses can also use to get more done with the web.
On the other side, it also means more patronage for Google and Flutterwave as they exchange knowledge for patronage.
