The Billboard Music Awards 2021 held on Sunday, May 23 and it was all shades of beautiful. The physical event that saw the music and fashion industries come together, featured stars dressed in beautiful pieces and making head turn.

Alicia Keys graced the red carpet in a fun pink custom Valentino cape, top and trousers. This voluminous cape, crop top, and high-waist trouser ensemble was fun and looked absolutely beautiful on the singer.
The singer rocked short close-cropped hair to give her a simple but fun look. She also accessorized with pink shoes and simple silver earrings.
A vision in white, Gabrielle Union stole the show. The low-cut floor-length white dress the actress wore was sequin embellished from top to bottom, leaving her looking stunning.
Keeping the look soft, she paired the look with a baby pink top-handled bag and sandals. She then accessorised with silver jewellery and kept her hair up in a ponytail.
Looking dapper in green was Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers. In a three-piece outfit featuring a green shirt, jacket and trousers, the artist’s monochrome get-up was on point.
The artist accessorised this look with a gold pants chain, black leather wristwatch, and black boots. Overall, he stole the show with his right and left everyone green with envy.
Featuring a unique neckline, Roczi Dias stepped out in a body con black dress. Her slick black leather dress liked stunning with ruching, a side slit and a side train.
To add some spice to the look, she wore matching black leather gloves and black pumps. Her simple silver jewellery and smokey-eyed makeup sealed the deal for her.
Kelsey Ballerini looked striking in her celestial print black mini dress. The outfit which featured one long sleeve and one sleeveless side, a corset, and sparkly star moon and heart embellishment sat perfectly on the star.
She complimented the look with pointy-toed pumps. By way of accessories, Kelsea wore simple silver hoops to match with her star and moon embellishments.
In a bright yellow coat, actor Leslie Odom brought some shine to the red carpet. Underneath his yellow coat, the actor sported a grey turtle neck shirt, black coat and black trousers.
Topping off the look, he spotted black shoes and had his hair braided back in cornrows. He looked simple but breathtaking with this outfit.
In a sequin embroidered Dior jumpsuit, singer H.E.R looked radiant. Featuring a v-neckline and long sleeves, the shimmering red and black jumpsuit would have been otherwise simple but for the top to bottom sequin addition.
The singer had her hair slicked back in a neat ponytail and wore simple makeup complete with bright red lipstick. Finishing the look up, she sported her signature shades with black peep-toe heels and a mixture of silver and gold jewellery.
Two-toned suit? Why not. Trell Thomas looked handsome on a two-toned brown and black shot for the event. His suit featured brown on the right side and black on the left side all the way down to the pants.
Finishing off, he donned black leather shoes and a brown leather strapped wristwatch. This outfit gave him an unusual but welcome look to the red carpet.
Pretty as a picture in gold was country singer Gabby Barrett. The dazzling strapless gold dress she sported featured ruching, a high-slit, an oversized back bow and a cape-like train accented with embroidery.
